This policy applies to all service packages offered by SolarMagnets, including consulting calls, CRM access, lead generation, and appointment booking.
By purchasing any package, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Policy
Applies to all clients, regardless of location.
Packages may include consulting calls and CRM access, but our core deliverables are guaranteed leads and appointments.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund only in the following cases:
Guaranteed Leads/Appointments Not Met – We fail to deliver the promised number stated in your package.
Service Not Delivered – We fail to start or run your campaign as agreed.
Partial Delivery – If we deliver less than promised, a partial refund may be given based on actual results.
Important Notes:
No refund if the client pauses, delays, or terminates the campaign after it has started.
Refunds apply only when services are not delivered or partially delivered as per the package terms.
3. Cancellations
Within 72 hours of invoice payment, a Full refund will be issued.
After 72 hours – No refund.
No partial or pro-rata refunds for services already in progress.
4. Refund Process
Submit your refund request to our support team.
We will review and confirm eligibility.
Once the refund is approved, it is processed within 3–5 business days using the same payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Costs
Ad spend already used on campaigns.
Third-party tool or platform charges.
Consulting sessions already delivered.
6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must first be raised with our support team.
If unresolved, the matter will proceed to online arbitration under applicable laws.
