SECTION 5 – SERVICES
SolarMagnets provides:
Consulting – Delivered via online calls, focusing on marketing strategy, lead generation, sales improvement, and business system setup for solar companies.
Lead Generation & Appointment Booking – Campaigns designed to generate and qualify solar leads and book appointments. Certain packages include a guaranteed number of leads/appointments within a defined period.
CRM Access – A white-labelled Boomit CRM is customised for solar businesses, with full admin access provided to clients. Clients may share logins with their team members.
The client owns all leads and data generated during their campaigns. However:
Leads are exclusive to the client for the agreed campaign period.
Leads must be managed inside the Boomit CRM we provide, or the client must give us access to their CRM if they choose not to switch.
We reserve the right to contact leads for verification of their status or interaction with the client.
We do not guarantee sales unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel orders based on payment history, non-compliance with our process, or suspected misuse.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You also agree to promptly update billing details, payment methods, and contact information so we can complete transactions and reach you if needed.
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of campaigns.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools or platforms (advertising networks, CRM software, analytics tools, communication systems) over which we have no direct control.
We provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. We are not liable for downtime, changes, or policy updates made by these third-party providers.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content, services, or tools available through our Service may link to third-party websites (e.g., Google, Meta/Facebook, Justdial, Razorpay payment gateways).

We guarantee lead/appointment numbers only as per package terms. We do not guarantee sales unless explicitly stated in writing.
We are not liable for downtime or disruptions caused by third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, Boomit CRM).
In no case shall SolarMagnets, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, savings, or business opportunities.
SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SolarMagnets, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third party.
