• Your sales results depend on multiple factors beyond our control, such as your own closing ability, follow-up processes, product pricing, market demand, competition, and customer preferences.

• You may be eligible for a refund only if a sales guarantee was explicitly included in your package and we fail to meet it (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details).

2. Lead & Appointment Quality and Quantity

We strive to deliver leads and appointments in line with your package specifications. However:

• Quality may vary depending on targeting parameters, ad platform performance, and market behaviour.

• Quantity may be influenced by ad budget, location, and seasonal demand.

• Conversion from leads or appointments into actual sales is solely your responsibility.

3. Marketing Performance Variability

Advertising results can vary due to factors outside our control, including:

• Ad platform algorithm changes

• Market saturation or increased competition

• Client’s ad budget allocation and bidding strategy
  We make no promise of identical results for every client.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolarMagnets will not be liable for:

• Any financial, reputational, or operational losses resulting from the use of our services.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Ad Account Responsibility

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure compliance with third-party advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google). However:

• We are not liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, budget freezes, or policy-related limitations imposed by these platforms.

• Clients remain responsible for their own ad accounts and billing profiles.

6. Service “As Is”

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, except those expressly stated in your package agreement.
