This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all service packages offered by SolarMagnets, including consulting calls, CRM access, lead generation, and appointment booking. By purchasing any of our packages, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all clients, regardless of location, and covers all service packages. While packages may include consulting calls and CRM access, our core deliverables are guaranteed leads and appointments.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • Guaranteed Leads/Appointments Not Met: If we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of leads or appointments stated in your package.

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to initiate or execute the campaign as per the agreed scope.

  • Partial Delivery: If we deliver some, but not all, of the promised results, we may issue a partial refund based on the number of leads or appointments actually delivered.

Important:

  • Refunds are not provided if a campaign is paused, delayed, or terminated by the client after it has started.

  • Refunds are only valid when services are not delivered or partially delivered as per the package terms.

3. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their service within 48 hours of making the payment and receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations requested after 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.

  • We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partially used services.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and must be approved by SolarMagnets before processing.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are non-refundable:

  • Ad spend already used on campaigns.

  • Setup or onboarding fees.

  • Third-party tool or platform charges incurred on your behalf.

  • Consulting sessions already delivered.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any refund or cancellation disputes must first be addressed internally with our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to online arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
